Honoring Mother's Day, Africa Day, and Africa Month

This Mother's Day and Africa month, we invite you to support Motherland Mothers Foundation in our first online fundraising campaign of 2026. Motherland Mothers Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting locally-led organizations across Africa that advance the health, nutrition, education, and economic empowerment of women and children. We believe lasting change is built by those closest to the work, and our role is to stand beside them with funding, visibility, and partnership.

Our Goal: $10,000

Reaching this goal means we can make meaningful charitable gifts to locally-led partner organizations this year, while strengthening MMF's capacity to identify, vet, and support more of this work in the years ahead.

Why This Month

There's no better moment to give than the month we celebrate mothers. Whether you're honoring your own mother, a mother figure in your life, or the mothers across Africa, your gift is a tribute to all of them.

May is also Africa Month, with Africa Day falling on May 25th. A time to celebrate the vibrancy of the African continent. Giving this month is more than a gesture; it's a stand for the mothers, children, and communities at the heart of MMF's mission.
